Finally got round to updating my web site, my apologies for the delay but I've been working on my rebuild.

I have decided to put the final assembly on to one page as it makes it easier to see my progress.

The body was finally mated with the chassis. It took ages setting the alignment to achieve good door gaps but well worth it.

I modified the throttle pedal linkage to make it simpler.

As you can see, Roller rocker were fitted with a ratio of 1.65:1 which will give the valves a bit more opening.

The red hoses are silicon hoses which were used throughout. The fuel rail was drilled and fitted

A Kenlowe electric fan was installed complete with the temperature controller.

New Bosch type pump was then fitted using the original Lucas fuel filter. Alloy tank was installed as the original steel one was too corroded.

Heater control valve was then fitted. This is one supplied from America and was kindly organised by Poolboy from the 6 Pack forums. Sixpack forums

A new regulator with a gauge on was also fitted.
